Stress-related absence
The #1 cause of long-term sickness in UK workplaces
Leadership transitions, restructuring, and relentless workloads only increase the pressure. And yet, most professionals are never taught how to manage stress, let alone how to build long-term resilience.
Introducing Mindspace at Work
Mindspace at Work is a corporate wellbeing service designed to reduce stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and boost performance across your teams.
This isn’t yoga in the boardroom. It’s grounded, science-informed training that equips people with practical tools they can use immediately.
What does this look like in practice?
Mindspace at Work provides:
- Structured group training sessions (on-site or virtual)
- Customised wellbeing programmes for your teams
- Specialist support for leaders stepping into new roles
- Tools to navigate uncertainty and change (e.g. company restructuring)
- One-off workshops or longer-term programmes tailored to your needs
All programmes combine education, mindfulness, movement, and breathing techniques — backed by the science of nervous system regulation and designed for real-world use.
Who is this for?
