I am Uzma Zaidi, a qualified yoga therapist and teacher. My practice is very inclusive so no matter what your age, gender, experience, flexibility or ability, if you can breathe, you can practice and benefit from yoga.
I have personally benefitted from yoga for over 35 years in all aspects of my life and I am absolutely passionate about sharing yoga so that others can experience the benefits that yoga can bring to mental and physical health, and general overall well-being.
I am registered with CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). All TSYP (The Society of Yoga Practitioners) yoga therapists work with an experienced supervisor, so you can be sure that you are in safe and qualified hands.
What is Yoga Therapy?
The first thing to know about yoga therapy is that it’s nothing like a yoga class or a private yoga sessions. It’s probably more akin to physical or emotional therapy. Yoga Therapy has been practiced for thousands of years in the East and its benefits are only just starting to be recognised in the West.
